After sitting down with the couple, the experienced Four Seasons master chef went to the family’s favorite Portuguese restaurant to try all of the traditional dishes. At the first tasting, the family said they were blown away. The grandmother even said the soup tasted just like her famous recipe!

“It’s always fun and flattering when a multicultural family asks who the caterer was….and it was our team who executed the entire menu,” says Caron.
