Dyer Brown has been in business for over 53 years—but the firm definitely doesn’t dwell in the past. With years of expertise in workplace, hospitality, higher education, and institutional design projects and a strong entrepreneurial and innovative spirit, the team is working with clients across the country to deliver exceptional design solutions. In addition to great design, Dyer Brown is also raising the bar when it comes to social issues. As a small part of a firm-wide DEI initiative, they received certification as an LGBT Business Enterprise from the National Gay Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) two years ago. Additionally, 70 percent of the firm and 75 percent of its leadership team identify as female. Finally, in an effort to help improve diversity in the field, the firm is partnering with a local high school to help introduce students to architecture and interior design as a career path.
