Inspired Interiors: A Millennial’s Oasis

For twentysomethings in Boston, home décor is all about finding kitschy pieces that speak to you, striking a balance between new and old. “Millennials typically like to source from local shops,” says interior designer Jessica Klein. “Each piece carries its own unique story.” Klein incorporated a vintage rug, art, and candle from city artists for her young client. The bedroom features a neutral, upholstered headboard. “It provides comfort if you’re living with roommates and need your bedroom to be a cozy space,” says Klein. The space uses classic staples that can easily transition from a rented apartment to a first home.
