When it comes to fashion and beauty finds, Samantha Crompton is the expert. Just ask any one of her 255,000 followers on Instagram.

So, when hunting for her new spring wardrobe, the face behind @achiquepeek turned to the luxury shops at The Heritage On The Garden. Here’s how Samantha spent her day sipping, shopping, and spa-ing while on the Boylston block, plus some tips she has for those indulging in their own retail therapy.

Samantha’s first stop at Anne Fontaine guided her to one of the brand’s staple pieces—the collar. This elegant piece is dressed in a floral motif and ostrich feathers, adorned with beads at its center, and laced in the back with a thin satin ribbon. The home of the iconic white shirt, Anne Fontaine is a huge resource for designer dresses, workwear for women, and gorgeous accessories. While perusing GIADA, Samantha notes that the monochromatic color scheme is on full display. “Monochromatic is everywhere this season, and GIADA nailed it with their coat and dress combos,” she says.

If bright colors are just a little too bold for your everyday style, try slipping into a neutral tone. “Neutrals are huge for spring,” says Samantha. “GIADA has you covered from creams to white, soft greens, and oranges.”

Take a break at Bistro du Midi and enjoy a boozy brunch or an oyster and champagne lunch. “Bistro du Midi combines chic and elegant aesthetic with an inviting and cozy environment,” says Samantha. “The food is delicious, and nothing pairs better than a few oysters and a glass of bubbly.”

Outside of a mid-shopping snack, the bistro is also incredibly suited for a romantic dinner. “I’d say it’s the perfect date night spot to take that special someone,” says Samantha.

Just how many ways can you wear an Hermès scarf? Samantha says the limit does not exist.

“An Hermès scarf is an effortless staple in anyone’s wardrobe,” she says. “Not just an accessory for your neck, tie your scarf around a purse as an added accessory or in your hair as a headband.”
