Legends of the Fall
This autumnal sangria embodies the smells and tastes that are unique to New England. Cinnamon, cloves, and star anise are infused into Mt. Gay Eclipse rum to serve as the base for this cocktail. Added to the mix is fresh pumpkin puree, locally sourced apple cider, orange juice for a bit of acidity, and prosecco for effervescence.
