A previous version of this chart had incorrect data pertaining to the town of North Attleboro. The correct median price of single-family homes sold in North Attleboro in 2017 is $374,000, and the town’s housing prices increased 7 percent from 2016 to 2017, 27 percent from 2012 to 2017, and 4 percent from 2007 to 2017.
