A Parting Shot from Ryan and Kimberly Habbyshaw’s Wedding
They weren't the only ones jumping for joy at their wedding. —By Sophia Lipp
On the day of their August 2016 wedding at Vermont’s Shelburne Farms, Ryan and Kimberly Habbyshaw weren’t the only ones jumping for joy. The creative couple, who run the Union Square shop and design studio Loyal Supply, had created large wooden letters for revelers to play with during cocktail hour. But as shutterbug Dana Curran, of Henry + Mac Photo Co., snapped photos along Lake Champlain on that sunny day, their friends decided to repurpose them for something even more memorable—spelling out the bride and groom’s wedding hashtag, a nod to their last name and Ryan’s longtime nickname. “We didn’t even see it happen, but were so excited when we got the photo back!” Kimberly says. “It reminds me of how much fun we had celebrating with the people closest to us in a place that we will always love.”
