Nantucket Native Meghan Trainor Just Got Married
The singer tied the knot in the backyard of her L.A. home.

Nantucket native and “Dear Future Husband” singer Meghan Trainor got hitched to Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara in a backyard ceremony at their Los Angeles home on Saturday, People reports.
Trainor confirmed the news in an Instagram post on Sunday, sharing an image of her and Sabara on their wedding day in front of a wall of white roses. “I’m a wifey for lifey! Best birthday ever!!!!!! Thank you for everyone who helped make it happen…I Love you forever and always @darylsabara,” she wrote. Sabara also posted the image on Instagram, stating “I have the most beautiful WIFE! Thank you for making me the luckiest man in the world. I love you forever and always @meghan_trainor.”
The couple wed in front of 100 people on Trainor’s 25th birthday, according to People. She paired her off-the-shoulder Berta wedding gown with Badgley Mischka heels and Norman Silverman jewelry for the ceremony, and then changed into a lace suit by Rita Vinieris and Aldo sneakers for the reception.
Trainor and Sabara got engaged a year prior to their nuptials under a tunnel of Christmas lights while surrounded by family and friends, and Trainor broke the news by posting a video of the proposal on Instagram. “I SAID YESSSS!!!! For my 24th birthday, the love of my life @darylsabara made all of my dreams come true,” she shared. Trainor hinted that wedding bells were on the horizon just over a week ago, when she posted on Instagram to mention “my last shows as a fiancé.” The pair started dating in 2016 after they were set up by mutual pal Chloë Grace Moretz.
